Describe your role at Cure and Simple
This has proved to be far more difficult than would seem natural. Largely because being the slightly oddball company we are, we have specific responsibilities, but not titles- though everyone is welcome to adopt one should they wish or if it makes the pursuit of their job easier. Which means there isn’t a reporting line or hierarchy, but there is a regularly stated commitment to each other of what we are going to achieve over the near and long term. As a result, we work closely in collaboration with each other and leadership is determined by the situation and who’s skills are required to the fore. This makes Cure & Simple a rewarding, agile and fun place to work, even if a challenging one. Always challenging!
However, to the question at hand the closest I can get to answering this question with any sort of authenticity is that my role in Cure & Simple focuses on the strategy, finance and resources of the company as well as regularly making the lunch!!
